On 10 August 2024, we had a Thanksgiving Prayer Service to mark 65 years of God’s faithfulness and provision to us as a church. 

At our 5 May 2024 service, we thanked the Lord for the ministry of Mark, Megan and their family among us and also prayed for them.

At our 5 April 2024 service, we acknowledged the service of Chong Kang Wei, one of our members who served as one of our Directors.

As a church, 2023 was an eventful year for us! As we reflect on the year together, we pray that you would praise God and give Him all the glory for Grace Baptist Church.

In the final hours of 2023, we gathered as a church at our annual Watchnight Service. Though it was a Sunday evening and we also had our regular Sunday gathering that morning, many came back to spent time together on the last day of the year.

We invite all to join us for our Watchnight Service on 31 December, from 8–10pm in the Sanctuary. This will take the place of our usual monthly Prayer Meeting after service.

At our QCM on 2 April 2023, Elder Caleb walked us through 10 things that we can be thankful for in the first quarter of 2023. We list them out here and we hope that it will be an encouragement to you! 

Samuel encourages us to see God's goodness and grace in the common every day things—good food and rain.

Pastor Thian Chye encourages us to take time to give thanks for what we have and even for what we do not have.

Nicholas Quek reflects on 2020's Watchnight Service, a wonderful time of giving thanks for His grace and mercy, as well as a powerful reminder that Jesus is our one and only hope.

We held our first Quarterly Congregational Meeting (QCM) of the year on 3 Jan 2021. The elders shared the plans for 2021 as well as introduced new members who joined last quarter.

At the Quarterly Congregational Meeting on 3 January 2021, Elder Caleb Yap shared ten points of thanksgiving for 2020.

Pastor Ian expresses his gratefulness to the team of elders who have been serving sacrificially and faithfully, and prays that we will love and trust them.

Pastor Ian reminds us that we have much to give thanks for even in such challenging circumstances.

The last QCM of the year was held on 4 October 2020 via Zoom.

Last Sunday, 16 August 2020, around 40 of us gathered physically for the first time since March to celebrate the Lord's Supper, and to thank God for His grace and faithfulness to GBC the last 61 years.
