As we approach Good Friday and Easter Sunday, many parents may use this opportunity to share with their children about who Jesus is, and the significance of His life, death and resurrection. As we seek to help our children to understand the storyline of Scripture, we have invited some members to share which children’s Bibles they have found helpful. Some adults have also found them useful!

At our Youth Day Camp held in June 2024, Joshua traced the theme of the Kingdom throughout the Bible.

At the recent Youth Day Camp, Nicholas took the youths through the Bible’s story. God has revealed Himself to us through His Word. When we read it, we understand who He is, and our place in it.

This was a devotional based on Psalm 90 written for our Young Adults’ Retreat. This psalm speaks of God’s sovereignty, and calls us to live in light of this reality. We share it here for our encouragement and meditation.

This was a devotional based on Psalm 51 written for our Young Adults’ Retreat. This psalm speaks honestly about our sin, and models confession and repentance for us. We share it here for our encouragement and meditation.

This was a devotional based on Psalm 34 written for our Young Adults’ Retreat.

On most Saturdays, a group of ladies study God’s word using the Precept Upon Precept method. Here, we share more about what they do, and how this gathering has been encouraging.

At our recent Women of Grace "Growing in the Gospel" event, books were made available for the women to read, and be encouraged to read with another person. These books were carefully selected and focused on the gospel, how we can apply the gospel as women and also some books on explaining the gospel to non-Christian friends. 

At their 16 September 2023 youth session, Joshua led the youths to think about this topic. Through this talk, the youths were encouraged to consider how science and Christianity are not at odds, and the pursuit of science may also help us to worship God.

Our youths explored this topic at their recent youth session. Samuel Ho helped them to see rightly, the value of studying.

This was explored and taught by Joshua Lowe at a youth session on 19 August 2023. Though targeted at youths, some of the principles and considerations are also relevant to all of us. 

We had the joy of hosting a seminar with Matt Merker on Congregational Singing on 25 February 2023.
