God's word says, in Ephesians 4, that pastors have the responsibility to "equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ". Therefore we want to invest in you, so that the different members of Christ's body can help one another to grow towards Christlike maturity.

With this in mind, we would like to invite everyone to join Equip 2020. Equip is a learning and training initiative for the whole church. It aims to help us grow in understanding, applying and teaching God's word, as well as to live, love and serve according to the word.

Held over 10 monthly sessions, this year's Equip will answer key questions concerning the fundamentals of the faith. By coming together like this, we are not only learning content, but we are also building deeper relationships with other members of the church. Together, we are being equipped to speak God's truth in love to one another. In this way, we "grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ" (Eph 4:15).

Here's the Equip 2020 schedule:

Join us on every 2nd Saturday of the month, starting 11 Jan from 330 to 530pm in Room 310 A&B. [Due to Covid-19, we are currently conducting the classes online.]

As part of Equip, we also have a membership class called 'Church Matters' which teaches through what we believe and what it means to be a church member. Find out more about the class.
