Care Groups

"And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near."
(Hebrews 10:24-25)

Grace Baptist Church has more than 25 care groups spread all over the island.

We believe that care groups are one of the best ways for us to practice the "one anothers" of the New Testament, and grow in our love for God and for one another. When you visit a care group, you can expect:

  • time spent reading and discusing God's Word, the Bible
  • sharing our lives as we speak and listen to each other so as to build each other up in Christ
  • praying for one another, and for the needs of the larger community at church

And because we're serious about our fellowship, we'll probably have some good food together too.

Our groups consist of believers who have committed to meet together either weekly, or twice in a month. On the last Friday of the month, we hope members will gather in church for the monthly Prayer Meeting.

If you're new to Grace, we'd also love to introduce you to a Newcomers Group, which allows people to get connected in a more intentional way.
