We are excited to be hosting two conferences with Mark Dever on 20 and 21 October. Mark Dever is the Senior Pastor of Capitol Hill Baptist Church, and also serves as the President of 9Marks ministries.

We had the joy of holding Family Dedication at our 30 July 2023 service. A total of four families participated in this.

We held our third Quarterly Congregational Meeting (QCM) of 2023 on 2 July 2023. The Fellowship Hall was full as members, and even some visitors, stayed to hear of updates in the life of the church, and to participate in prayer.

On 18 June 2023, we welcomed nine members at our service. Six members joined us by baptism, and the three joined us by transfer.

To remember God’s faithfulness to GBC over the past 64 years, we will be having a combined thanksgiving service for both the English and Chinese-language congregations. This will be held on 12 August 2023, from 5pm at the Sanctuary. 

We're days away from our church camp, which begins this Sunday, 28 May. Here are some important information as well as ways we can be praying for the camp.

We continue to thank God for the young families in our church and the children He has blessed us with. We held family dedication at our 30 April 2023 service to celebrate some of these new lives.

Every year, our Good Friday and Easter Sunday services help us to remember the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Frederick Chua reflects on how the sermons at both services helped us to go back to the precious truths and foundations of the Christian's life. 

On 2 April 2023, we held our second Quarterly Congregational Meeting of the year. Our pastors and elders took us through what went on in the past quarter, and also some new and exciting developments. 

We had the joy of hosting a seminar with Matt Merker on Congregational Singing on 25 February 2023.

On 26 February 2023, we had the joy of welcoming new members at our service!

We had our first family dedication of 2023 on 29 January with three families.

We held the first Quarterly Congregational Meeting on 8 January 2023. The meeting agenda was packed as we looked back at the last quarter of 2022 and also heard of the key plans for 2023.

Ryan Ang was a part of the outreach to the community in MacPherson. He shares about the event and encourages us to continue to love and serve the community even in 2023.

After a 4 year wait, GBC’s next church camp is finally coming up! The theme is "Doing Spiritual Good". How do we do spiritual good? What does this mean for the church? What does this mean for me and you?

Our youths had their annual camp from 18 to 21 December 2022. Theodore, one of our young adults, was one of many church members who went down to the camp to spend time with the youths. He shares his experience and reflections here.

In November, we had the joy of welcoming new members twice in the month! On 13 November and 27 November, 16 members joined the church via baptism or transfer of membership.

Church, let us gather for our first picnic in 2023! This will be held at Bedok Reservoir Park from 4-7pm on 1 January 2023. 

"Bearing Burdens" is a women's ministry event that was held on 19 November 2022. This is a follow up from the first Women of Grace event in May where the ladies had a time to get to know one another and meet after a period of COVID separation.
