Various members of GBC have been visiting blocks in the MacPherson neighbourhood to get to know the residents there. Pastor Oliver and Steven share about the recent block visits and Easter Outreach.

The staff and girls from Gladiolus Place will be joining us on 28 April. As part of their fundraising efforts, they will be bringing breakfast and lunch from 10am to 1.30pm.

A small team of GBC members have been reaching out to Gladiolus Place across the road from us and here they share about what they have been doing, and how more of us can participate. 

We held a pre-Christmas Brunch on 16 December 2023 for those in the nearby MacPherson neighbourhood. Before this Brunch, members of GBC also visited different blocks to invite the residents to join us. Steven and Krystal, who were involved in these efforts, share their reflections with us here.

Dinnie shares her struggle with evangelism and how, despite that, God continues to use her as a tool to point her fellow workers-turned-friends to Christ.

This month, we invite three members to share how God has been using them in various capacities to speak of Jesus. For this first article, Fellisia tells us more about our ministry with Gladiolus Place and her desire to share the hope we have in Christ with these precious ones.

This year, we hope to invite our neighbours at MacPherson to celebrate Christmas with us at a brunch on 16 December from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.

Yanadi prays that we will start seeing sharing of lives as gospel opportunities and actively pursue them.

Pastor Oliver reminds us that we who have received deliverance ought to tell others of all the good that God has done in our lives, and shares with us how we can do so.

One cool Thursday evening in February, a group from GBC and Redemption Hill Church (RHC) went around our neighbourhood for a prayer walk. It was the first walk that was organised for 2023 and it was encouraging that we could partner with RHC.

Ryan Ang was a part of the outreach to the community in MacPherson. He shares about the event and encourages us to continue to love and serve the community even in 2023.
