Help Wanted! (November-December 2023)

As we end the year, some of our ministries are planning for the next year and are looking for volunteers. If you are available and keen, we encourage you to contact the ministry, and see how you can build up the church in these practical ways!

This is a more immediate request. Our youths are having their annual camp from 13-15 December at the Centre for Performance Transformation located in Pasir Ris. There will be 6 meals (2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 2 dinners, 1 afternoon tea), and we are looking for volunteers to provide food for 48 pax and spend time with them. The ministry is looking for volunteers for various aspects of the ministry – musicians, song leading, AV, projection etc. If you are available and keen to join, you can indicate on the form here. Contact Toshi (9022 0150) or Aaron (9640 9594) if you have questions.

The ministry is looking for volunteers in the following 4 areas for next year:

• Sunday School teacher (once a month)

• Nursery helper (once a month)

• Hall monitor (once a month)

• Child minding (ad hoc, after service).

We are looking for members to serve with (1) welcoming visitors (on alternate months) and (2) preparing coffee and tea for post-service fellowship (two weeks every two months. If you are interested and available, contact us at welcome@gracebaptistchurch.sg.
