Sermon Schedule for July 2018

So far, we have heard from our messages in Hosea of how God warned His people who have been involved in spiritual adultery and had pursued other idols. God reminded them of His judgement to come if they continued to break their covenantal commitments. We heard God’s call for His people to respond to His relentless love, to repent and return to Him. How has God been speaking to you from the book of Hosea? Are there areas of your lives you need to repent and return to God? We will spend another two sermons on Hosea in July.

From the second half of July, we will move on to a four-part series on the book of Proverbs. The text of Proverbs gives us instruction on how to be skilful in the art of godly living. It contains practical life lessons for God’s people, living under God’s rule. It tells us that wisdom is founded on the "fear of the LORD". Do you want to live well? Have you wondered what it means to live skilfully? Then, we invite you and your friends to come and hear our four messages from Proverbs.

To prepare our hearts to hear the messages, let us pray for one another to see the wondrous things in God’s word!
